Mission Statement

Bibliology

By faith, I believe that according to Deuteronomy 6:6-7 and Deuteronomy 11:18-19, the laws or the instructions of the Lord are given to us to obey them. These instructions are to transform our minds, to meditate them day and night and instruct your children to follow them with all their being.

By Faith, I believe that according to 2 Timothy 3:16-17, all scripture is inspired by God and beneficial for teaching, rebuke correction, and training in righteousness; so that people may be fully capable and equipped for every good work.

By faith, I believe that according to 1 Corinthians 2:12-13, the scripture is taught by the Holy Spirit of God to those who are spiritual. It is freely given to believers to empower them with divine wisdom.

Theology

By faith, I believe that based on the scriptural references below, there is only ONE God and that is God the Father, also known as Yahweh. I do not believe in Trinity which implies there are three equal Gods.

Christology

By faith, I believe that based on the scriptural references below, Yeshua is the Son of God. In fact, He is the only begotten Son of God.  That makes Yeshua a God, but not co-equal with Father God. Yeshua never claimed Himself as the Father. In fact, Yeshua calls God the Father as His Father and His God. When Yeshua claimed He and His Father are one, He meant they are one in essence and purpose.

Pneumatology

By faith, I believe that based on the scriptural references below, the Holy Spirit existed from the beginning of creation. He has a role to play in every aspect of God’s plan which includes creation, revelation of His will, and separation of believers, empowering believers and establishing the Kingdom in the age to come.

Anthropology

By faith, I believe that based on the scriptural references below, God created man in His image and His likeness. He established two genders, namely male and female when He created humanity. They are created to multiply and rule His creation.

By faith, I believe that based on the scriptural references below, God created human beings out of the soil of the ground. God breathed into his nostrils and he became a living being. Subsequently, the woman was created out of man to be a perfect mate for man and together they will create new humans and rule the creation.

By faith, I believe that based on the scriptural references below, the reason humanity fell was due to the disobedience of Adam and Eve. They deliberately used their free will in order to be like God.

Hamartiology

By faith, I believe that based on the scriptural references below, sin is rebellion against the commands of the Lord. Sin is lawlessness. Sin is also a being that lurks around the gates of our will and emotions. If we fail to master it, it will master us. Sin separates us from God. The wages of sin is eternal death and if we do not deal with it we will be eternally separated from God.

Sanctification

By faith, I believe that based on the scriptural references below, believers are sanctified, set apart and declared holy by God at the moment of salvation. I believe that this process of scarification is an ongoing process as we transform our minds through the inner workings of the Holy Spirit on a daily basis. The process of sanctification

Justification

By faith I believe that based on the scriptural references below, we have been declared righteous, declared right with God, through faith, through the reconciliation of Christ on our behalf. Christ has met the righteous demands of the Father for us and the believers are credited with the righteousness of Christ. Through this act of justification, we have been adopted into the family of God as His children. Through justification, believers experience peace with God. The enmity caused by sin is replaced with a state of reconciliation and harmony.

Substitutionary Atonement

By faith, I believe that based on the scriptural references below, Christ’s sacrificial offering satisfies the demands of divine justice. Christ took upon Himself the punishment and penalty of sin that humanity deserved. He became a substitute, bearing the consequences of sin on behalf of humanity.

Propitiation

By faith I believe that based on the scriptural references below, Christ’s sacrifice satisfies the demands of God’s justice, allowing for forgiveness and reconciliation without compromising God’s holiness and righteousness. Christ is our substitute who takes upon Himself the punishment that humanity deserves. He bears the penalty of sin on behalf of humanity.

Ecclesiology

By faith, I believe that based on the scriptural references below, the Church is a body of believers from every tribe, language, people, and nation, who trusted in the finished work of Yeshua. It was the divine plan of God right from the foundation of the world to restore humanity and creation through the church. In the book of Acts during the Pentecost, the Holy Spirit descends upon the disciples in Jerusalem. This event marks the birth of the Christian church. In the book of Acts, the church was called ‘The Way’. The early chapters of Acts describe the rapid growth of the church in Jerusalem. The believers share their possessions, pray together, and perform miracles.
The ultimate purpose of the church was to expand God’s kingdom plan upon the earth until the fullness of time. In order to accomplish that the church acts as a conduit for:
•    The Proclamation of the Gospel
•    Perform Baptism
•    Disciple new believers
•    Be a channel for the power of the Holy Spirit
•    Encourage Fellowship
•    Encourage believers to love the LORD and follow the commandments of the LORD
•    Build Community
